मैलुङ खोला जलविद्युत कम्पनीले साउन १४ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणमा निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपीओ) मा आवेदन दिने आज (साउन १८ गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिशेयर १०० अंकित मूल्यमा ७ लाख ३६ हजार २८६ कित्ता शेयर निष्काशनमा ल्याएको थियाे।

त्यसमध्ये २ प्रतिशत अर्थात १४ हजार ७२६ कित्ता शेयर कर्मचारीहरुलाई र ५ प्रतिशत अर्थात ३६ हजार ८१४ कित्ता शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि छुट्याइएको छ। त्यसपछि बाँकि रहने ६ लाख ६८ हजार ७४६ कित्ताका लागि सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताहरुले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।

कम्पनीको आईपीओमा लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम एक लाख कित्ताका लागि आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। कम्पनीको आईपीओमा नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृती प्राप्त गरेका सम्पूर्ण सि आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, तोकिएका शाखा कार्यालयबाट र मेरो शेयर मोबाइल एपबाट पनि आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।

हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पूँजी २९ करोड ४५ लाख १४ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। सर्वसाधारणमा आईपीओ बिक्री गरेपश्चात कम्पनीको चुक्ता पूँजी ३६ करोड ८१ लाख ४३ हजार रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।

कम्पनीले निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओलाई केयर रेटिङ्ग नेपालले केयर एनपी डी रेटिङ्ग प्रदान गरेको छ। यसले कम्पनीले वित्तीय दायित्व पुरा नगरेको वा छिटै पुरा गर्न नसक्ने जनाउछ।

कम्पनीको धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ भने प्रत्याभुतकर्तामा सनराईज क्यापिटल रहेको छ।

साउन १७ गते आइतबार साँझसम्ममा कम्पनीको आईपीओमा करिब १८ लाख आवेदन परिसकेको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धक सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटलले दिएको जानकारी अनुसार आइतबार साँझ ५ बजेसम्ममा कम्पनीको आइपीओमा १७ लाख ७६ हजार ७११ जना आवेदकबाट २ करोड ४१ लाख ६३ हजार ४८० कित्ता शेयर खरिदको लागि आवेदन परेको छ।

Out of that, 2 percent or 14 thousand 726 shares have been allotted to the employees and 5 percent or 36 thousand 814 shares have been allotted to the collective investment fund. After that, general investors will be able to apply for the remaining 668,746 lots.

Investors will be able to apply for a minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 100,000 lots in the company's IPO. All IPO member banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board, designated branch offices and My Share mobile app can also apply for the company's IPO.

At present, the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 294.514 million. After the IPO sale to the public, the company's paid-up capital will reach Rs 368.143 million.

Care Rating Nepal has given Care NPD rating to the IPO issued by the company. This indicates that the company has not fulfilled its financial obligations or cannot fulfill them quickly.

The issue and sale of the company's securities are Siddhartha Capital Limited and the guarantor is Sunrise Capital.

As many as 1.8 million applications have been received for the company's IPO by Sunday evening. As per the information given by the sales manager Siddhartha Capital, applications for the purchase of 241,63,480 shares have been received from 1,776,711 applicants in the IPO of the company till 5 pm on Sunday.
